About
I run social media, online communities, and daily content operations for a global AI education brand.
I write about Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, and developer tooling, including deep dives on the Yellow Network protocol.
Two years of patent research (AI software, robotics, and medical devices across three jurisdictions) trained me to read dense technical material fast and explain it clearly.

How Patent Analysis Actually Works (And Why Its Not What You Think) | Vrushali Sontakke
I think Patent Analysis does not get the credit it deserves. It might sound like a hot take, but hear me out https://lnkd.in/gMhRDRC8 #Patent #PatentAnalysis #ipr #web3 #ai

UX Teardown: Phantom Wallet Onboarding | Vrushali Sontakke
I just did a full UX teardown of Phantom Wallet's onboarding flow, step by step. The first 5 minutes are some of the best UX in crypto. The transition to the dashboard is where things break. My 3 recommendations for what I would change and why (screenshots included). #UX #Web3 #CryptoWallets #Phantom #ProductAnalysis

How I Built and Managed a Community for an AI Education Brand, What Worked and What Didn't. | Vrushali Sontakke
Community isn't built on automation; it’s built in the trenches. Managed the London School of AI WhatsApp community to significantly grow engagement manually no scheduling allowed. Here is my full case study on balancing AI content strategy, managing teacher teams for Edupico, and practical lessons learned from the ground up. #AIeducation #CommunityManagement #WhatsAppGrowth #Web3Skills #CaseStudy

Content Strategy for Uniswap DAO's Community Growth | Vrushali Sontakke
I just finished a content strategy document for Uniswap DAO. Not because anyone asked me to. Because I wanted to understand why a protocol with 1.35 million followers on X and $190B+ in volume has a governance participation rate below 10%. What I found: Uniswap's content operates in three silos that do not talk to each other. Uniswap Labs posts product announcements. The Uniswap Foundation posts governance updates to an audience 73x smaller. The governance forum is where real decisions happen, but it averages 4-7 replies per proposal. #Web3 #ContentStrategy #Uniswap #DeFi #CommunityManagement

The State of Real World Asset Tokenization in 2026: Who Is Winning, What Is Working, and What Comes Next | Vrushali Sontakke
I spent the last few days mapping the RWA tokenization landscape. The headline: real-world assets on-chain grew from $5B to over $21B in fourteen months. BlackRock's BUIDL fund is live on Uniswap. The NYSE selected Securitize to build tokenized stock trading. US Congress held its first dedicated tokenization hearing last week. But the number that stuck with me: 88% of tokenized assets remain siloed outside DeFi. The composability promise, use your tokenized treasury as DeFi collateral, trade yield on real-world assets, is mostly unrealized. The full report covers 8 protocols, the chain race, the regulatory picture across US/EU/Singapore, and the three structural debates that will shape what comes next #RWA #DeFi #Tokenization #Web3 #BlockchainFinance

I Rewrote Sky Protocol's Migration Docs. Here's What I Changed and Why. | Vrushali Sontakke
I rewrote Sky Protocol's migration documentation. Sky (formerly MakerDAO SES) manages $7B+ in TVL. When I tried to understand the MakerDAO-to-Sky migration as a non-developer, I found: MakerDAO mentioned zero times on sky.money. A migration penalty buried in one paragraph. An "Upgrades" page with one bullet and no text. A FAQ that returns a 404. I wrote the guide that should exist: what changed, why, what DAI holders need to do, what MKR holders need to do, step-by-step instructions, and a glossary. Full before/after with the documentation principles each fix addresses. #Web3 #Documentation #DeFi #TechnicalWriting #ContentStrategy
